Cost: $10 POA Members, $15 Non POA Members

We will list your address on our website and on maps as a participant with a brief description of your items, and signage at major intersections and subdivision entries. We will provide you with a link to the listings of sales and balloons for your mailbox. Balloons will be available when payment is dropped off, starting NOW. Proceeds from entry fees will be donated to the Harvest Hope Food Bank.

Doggie Waste Stations

Five Doggie Waste Stations were installed in our community this past Saturday like the picture. While we do understand that your animal may not choose to do their business right near one of these stations it may however provide you the opportunity to grab a bag while out on a walk if you forgot one or a place to drop the waste in a responsible place without having to carry it for your entire walk. 

There are many beautiful lawns in LongCreek Plantation that our residents spend a lot of time and resources to maintain and the simple gesture of cleaning up after your pet goes a long way.  We hope you find these useful and if you feel there are other locations that a station might be useful please let us know and we will take those locations into consideration.

• Gazebo on Old Course Loop in Windermere
• Green common area in Plantation Park 

Home Maintenance Tips

Each season calls for its own home maintenance chores to keep your home in the best shape possible! As it warms up outside - here are a few things to be doing inside!

1. Check all smoke detectors to make sure they are working properly and change batteries if it's been several months since doing so.
2. Clean all ceiling fans to remove dust and debris.
3. Wash and shine windows to take advantage of increased hours of sunlight.
4. With more activity outdoors - keep floors clean by placing doormats inside and outside of all exterior doors.
5. Going to be grilling? Make sure your grill is in good working order, clean and has a full tank of gas if necessary.

Don't forget your yard! Make sure all yard equipment is clean and sharpened. Think about laying mulch to help keep in moisture and keep out weeds. Come up with a watering schedule to keep your lawn looking great while using the least amount of water - think a.m. and p.m. waterings.
